Cooler weather...Football...and ummm..politics.

We a have some brews to recommend for the fall season. Let us know your favorites!!!

Heritage Lager- Because is good all the time

IPA (India Pale Ale) - Has the attributes of a harvest ale

European Lager - Its good fermenting temperature this time of the year for this beer

Irish Stout - You can't get any closer to a good irish stout using any other brew kit.

And last but not least....Ever had Red Hook ESP? We have a close runner up for you. Even if you haven't tried RH, you should give this one a shot.

"@Bob I would force carbonate your beer instead of using the carbonation drops. How big is your keg? Standard Cornelius kegs are 5 gallons. This will leave about a gallon of extra beer to bottle. Use the carbonation drops in the bottles. If you want to naturally carb the beer in your keg, use about 1/4 cup of corn sugar (dextrose) boiled with a 1/4 cup of water. Add to keg first. Add the beer. Seal. Leave at room temperature for a week while the yeast produces CO2." Read more ›
