Shipping and Returns
Flat Rate Shipping
All orders over $75 now ship for a low flat rate of $7.99 via UPS Ground Shipping in the continental United States. Orders must have a valid street address. Any changes to the address or delivery method will result in the loss of the $7.99 shipping rate and additional charges will apply. No promo code is needed to receive the flat rate shipping. The shipping rate will automatically appear in shipping methods during checkout when the minimum order amount is met.
Shipping
Shipping Charges are calculated based on UPS shipping prices. These fees are based on dimension, weight, and number of packages. No additional charges are added by retailer. Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground or other UPS service selected by the customer.
- No Shipments to PO Boxes
- Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days
- All UPS services within the U.S. are available. These options can be selected during checkout.
Outside the Continental US
We ship within the United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto rico are done air freight via UPS only. Customers will be charged accordingly for this service.

APO/FPO Shipment
Can be ordered by phone (888) 588-9262 (M-F 9am to 4pm PST). APO/FPO shipments are shipped weekly via US Post. You will be billed exact shipping cost plus $5.00 handling. Due to this shipping method, there is no guarantee on transit time or condition of product after it ships. Shipping insurance can be offered at the cost of the customer.
Orders are generally processed the day the order is placed or the following business day. The order will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days after your card has been processed. Our holiday shipping schedule is listed below. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day after the holiday.
THANKSGIVING
- Tuesday, Nov. 22 - Normal air, international and ground packages. UPS 2nd air packages picked up today will be delivered Friday, Nov. 25 provided the order is placed before 10 am EST that day.
- Wednesday, Nov. 23 - Normal pickup and delivery service. UPS next Day air packages picked up today will be delivered Friday, Nov. 25 provided the order is placed before 10am EST that day.
- Thursday, Nov. 24 - No UPS or Pickup delivery services.
- Friday, Nov. 25 - Deliveries of UPS air or international packages only. No UPS ground pickups or deliveries today.
CHRISTMAS
- Thursday, Dec. 22 - Normal pickup and delivery service for air, international and ground packages. UPS next day air packages picked up today will be delivered Friday, Dec. 23 provided the order is placed before 10am EST on that day.
- Friday, Dec. 23 - Normal pickup and delivery service for air, international and ground packages. UPS next day air packages picked up today will be delivered Tuesday, Dec. 27. UPS 2nd day air packages picked up today will be delivered Wednesday, Dec. 28. provided the order is placed before 10 am EST on that day.
- Saturday, Dec. 24 - No UPS pickup or delivery services.
- Sunday, Dec. 25-Monday, Dec 26 - No UPS pickup or delivery service.
NEW YEAR's
- Friday, Dec. 30 - Normal pick up and delivery service for air, international and ground packages. UPS next day air packages picked up today will be delivered tuesday, Jan. 3. UPS 2nd day air packages picked up today will be delivered wednesday, Jan. 4. provided the order is placed before 10 am EST on that day.
- Saturday, Dec. 31 - No UPS pickup or delivery services.
- Sunday, Jan.1-Monday, Jan. 2 - No UPS or delivery services.
Transit
Please see the UPS Transit Times Map for an estimate of when you can expect your shipment for UPS Ground shipments. The times are estimated from our warehouse in Des Moines, Iowa. Please note: It takes 1 business day for processing so make sure you calculate that into your shipping timeframe.
