What is your shipping policy?

Some shipping policy basics:- No Shipments to PO Boxes, unless allowed by UPS.
- Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days
- Transit time is based on destination and UPS service. Typical UPS Ground (3-5 days)
- We ship only within the U.S. and Canada. (Canadian Shipments are done by phone)
- APO/FPO shipments are done by phone (Please read shipping policies for limitations)
Do you ship outside the U.S. or Canada?
No, we represent Cooper’s in the U.S. and Canada only. Canadian shipments are done by phone (888) 588-9262 (M-F 9am to 5pm PST). Freight calculations include all duty and customs charges.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax.
- The unused and unopened item may be returned at within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a sales receipt or shipping invoice
- Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any non-defective merchandise once it has been used.
Can I find your products at a store?
Some Homebrew retailers carry part of our product line. We cannot guarantee they will have the complete line of Cooper’s products in stock. Check your local listing for homebrew retailers and ask if they carry Coopers.
Do I have to be 21 to make beer?
Oh Yes! And we will not sell to those under the age of 21.

how do I convert to US?
Liters to Gallons – multiply Liters by .264
Kilograms to Pounds – multiply Kilograms by 2.202
Grams to Ounces – multiply Grams by .035
