Shipping
Shipping Charges are calculated based on UPS shipping prices. These fees are based on dimension, weight, and number of packages. No additional charges are added by retailer. Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground or other UPS service selected by the customer. Small, light-weight items (under 2 lbs.) may be shipped via US Priority Mail.
- No Shipments to PO Boxes, unless allowed by UPS.
- Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days
- Transit time is based on destination and UPS service – call for estimated transit times
- All UPS services within the U.S. are available. These options can be selected during checkout.
Outside the Continental US
We ship within the United States and Canada only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii are done air freight via UPS only. Customers will be charged accordingly for this service.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS - Are done by phone (888) 588-9262 (M-F 9am to 5pm PST). Freight calculations include all duty and customs charges.
APO/FPO - addresses can be done by phone (888) 588-9262 (M-F 9am to 5pm PST). APO/FPO shipments are shipped weekly via US Post. You will be billed exact shipping cost plus $5.00 handling. Due to this shipping method, there is no guarantee on transit time or condition of product after it ships. Shipping insurance can be offered at the cost of the customer.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a sales receipt or shipping invoice
- Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any non-defective merchandise once it has been used.
